Abortionists - what was their college major?

Any remarks about whether abortion is morally right or wrong will be disregarded. I am just curious: what do you major in in college to become a pregnancy terminator? Would that be surgical medicine, OB GYN, or something else? Would all colleges (without religious affiliation, of course) offer these cles? I don't really understand how you would become an abortionist (if that's even the correct term) when none of those majors are directly about it. Thanks for your help :)
