Am I the only person that thinks Spurs are going to become another Leeds?

They are building a stadium that is going to put them in some mive debt (what's new) so if they don't win anything or fail to make CL next season they will probably become a selling club like Arsenal, also I just read that they are buying these two guys for 28million pounds. Where is this money coming from?
