I'm 39 weeks pregnant experiencing many things, am I in early labour?

Experiencing swollen feet, intense nausea, black stool, achey back, many visits to the bathroom, sharp pains in my low back, presure in my pelvis, and tolerable but painfull cramps in my low low abdomin.
