WHATS THE NAME OF THIS MOVIE?

Okay, so in the movie there is this rich kid who goes to NYC with his parents and gets kidnapped by a Chinese guy. He somehow ends up in WWII and this solider keeps asking him if he wants a Hershey bar. When the kid says "Yes" the solider says "too bad" or something like that. At the end of the movie the kid finally gets his hershey bar and gets reunited with his parents. What is this movie? It has Ben Stiller in it, I think.
