okay, so theres this guy in my school. ( his name's steve) and in 7th grade, ( last year) he found out i liked him, and decided to play a prank on me by "asking me out" i fell for it. then the entire school laughed at me. i was so crushed. cuz i had the hugest crush on him. this year, in 8th grade, in september, we talked it over, and became really good friends. we exchanged phone numbers, texted, he kept a few of my stuff, we talked a lot in homeroom and science. and that was not too long ago when we were really good friends. actually, that's when HE HAD A GIRLFRIEND. now, a few weeks ago, his girlfriend broke up with him. ME AND HIM WERE STILL COOL AND STILL FRIENDS. then, a few people told him like last week that i liked him. he stopped talking to me and was kind of avoiding me. and the thing is, I DONT LIKE HIM ANYMORE. well i still kinda do. but, i never even talked about him with ANYONE. then, he set his status on facebook with my name and a heart. and we had this big convo and i was like,"steve! wtf! i thought we talked this over! why are you starting this bull s h i t again?!" and he's like," oh i truly love you!" and im like," veryy funny." then, i talked to him, and he was like," soz" and i said," ?wat?" he logged off. now, he hasnt talked to me AT ALL everr since. he stares at me a lot, he looks at me awkwardly, sometimes he avoids me. he sits right next to me in homeroom, and when i come into homeroom, right away, he looks and stares at me. usually he would say hi and starts a convo, but not anymore?. he doesnt text me anymore? luckily, he still kept some of my stuff, like my all of my bracelets, and my favorite sungles. im really confused. i miss having him as a friend. what should i do? why is he acting like this? why have we stopped being friends?
