Is My Pork Loin Still Good? My electricity was down for about 4 days and I had a frozen pork loin in it.?

The pork was marinated with lots of garlic and seasoning, re-wrapped in plastic and foil and another plastic bag. After 4 days it was completely thawed to where the juices were in the bag but still cool to the touch. Can I safely cook and eat this?
