In my opinion orange juice would be a bad idea to lose weight as with most fruit based drinks its loaded with sugar. 1 gl per morning wouldn't harm any weight loss plans. If you like fruity drinks ocean spray do a lite version of their cranberry juice , I am currently on a weight loss diet & I have been losing pounds whilst on cranberry lite. I'm pretty sure there would be a reduced sugar orange juice somewhere in a supermarket. just make sure you limit your OJ to 1 per day & you should be fine
