I#ve fallen for him the most.?

I've fallen for this guy I've known for around seven months pretty quickly, I really like him we met through friends and we spoke for the first couple of months on Yahoo messenger and through text all day. Though he was awful to me treated me like crap basically then when he made me a laughing stock he said sorry and that hes beginning to care for me and he doe sn;'t know why, We've met a few times but i'm always to shy to speak to him, any advice?
