NFL-Week 3. Fantasy question. Carson Palmer vs. the Giants or David Garrard vs. the Colts?

Im leaning a little more towards Garrard seeing as Carson Palmer really hasn't managed to do anything whatsoever this year and I dont see it getting any easier for him against a very good Giants D. On the other hand, Garrard really hasn't performed all that well this year either, but the Colts really haven't "clicked" yet this year and have yet to play a team that has truly tested their secondary. Your opinions are much appreciated. Thank you.
