Prime ministers question time?

Do you think that when fundamental issues that will affect everyone are discussed at PM question time , that seeing politicians with smirking faces on front benches say how seriously they really take any planned reform that will have profound effects on us all, does it point to the fact that politicians have not realised that the people of the UK no longer trust any politician.
