I quit smoking 9 days ago. It was actually pretty easy at the time because I had bronchitis and couldn't smoke anyway. But just today, I started getting the urge really intensely. I just really want one! How do I stop this craving? Another thing, I haven't hung out with any of my friends or had any alcohol since I quit. I'm really concerned about that because I always crave cigarettes when I have a drink with friends. How can I get over that? Any advice will be helpful.
