Are England without Kevin Pietersen and Andrew Flintoff as good as Bangladesh ?

Losing KP and Flintoff is always going to be a big blow for any team. They have won matches for England on numerous occions. But I would slightly disagree that without them England wont be able to be win matches. Obviously its going to be tough for them to replace such high cl players, but I believe they have a lot of talents in their team right now, who are capable of winning matches for England.
