Is 2002 New England Super Bowl tainted?

New England has been reported by Boston Globe of having taped 2002 Rams. NFL says there was no problem - but why would we trust those guys after the Raiders were DESTROYED by that tuck ruling in the AFC conference championship that same year! You know the game were Brady fumbled but the refs said it was a tuck! ha ha ha ha what a joke of a league.
