Temple pain that radiated to my throat ( missed the jaw) then my outside of my chest and ended in my shoulder?

I was just sitting on the couch watching a movie with my 2 year old when all of a sudden i got a pain, or more like a burning sensation in my right temple that went to my throat and ( the ouuter part near my ribs not towards the centre) then ended in my shoulder blade and i mean shoulder blade not between the shoulder blades.. I am only worried because it's the long weekend and my dr won't be back until Tuesday and i am alone with my 2 year old.. I am a 30 year old female who is NOT over weight (5'1 and 114 lbs or 47 kgs ). I have had an EKG and the heart u/s thing done before and a 24 hour holter which all came back clear... The pain is all on the RIGHT side and does not go to the centre of the chest or left side at all
